My name is Rayna Neises. I am a certified life coach, project manager in the virtual space, and Divi Super User.

I help Christians find clarity, hope & peace when life stinks in my coaching business and in my web solutions business, too.

There are many reasons we might reach the place in life where we end up feeling hopeless or frustrated. Getting the right help is always the first step to finding Hope in midst of the stinkiness.

As a web solutions specialist I am able to walk alongside my client’s offering:

a listening ear to help them find clarity
technology tips & tricks
peace of mind knowing the things they don’t understand or have time to do, I will help
the hope to make their business all that they want it to be

I have spent 20+ years in education. I have been a public, private and parochial school teacher. I joined a for-profit model to impact families in education which I loved and eventually I transitioned into a completely different world by becoming a small business owner of an Educational Services franchise.

After marrying my farmer, I moved and changed professions again becoming an ACC Certified Coach through ICF and a Certified Professional Christian Life and Leadership Coach. Since starting my own coaching business I have learned alot about the technology side of running a business by yourself.

I enjoy the techie tasks it takes to make the business grow from writing newsletters, creating special events, and designing websites. I have found many of my fellow coaches struggle with these things.

So with the heart of a teacher, I love to help them learn the skills that they need to succeed.

My diverse experience with different seasons in life and the deep desire to find where God had me to serve in each season of my life prepared me to walk with you and help you embrace this new season and find what you need to get where you want to go.

Ron and Rayna Neises I am married to a wonderful man named Ron who totally changed my world. I lovingly call him, “farmer”.

With my farmer, came four wonderful children and shortly after that 3 kids-in-law. Now we have become grandparents to four beautiful grandsons and two granddaughters with another grandbaby on the way. We live in rural southeast Kansas and enjoy the simpler things in life.

I am a creative soul who loves to worship the Lord, read, sew, embroidery, paint, and craft. I am also a daughter and sister. The Steen gang

My parents have both suffered from the debilitating disease of Alzheimer’s. My mother passed away in 1998 after a 12 year battle with the disease. My dad was diagnosed in 2006 and we just lost him in June of 2018.

In January of 2014, started caring for my dad in his home in Independence, MO. It was a difficult, long, and hard journey but it was a blessing to be able to spend time with him even as he was not completely himself.

My sister and her family live near to my dad and I am blessed to have her as one of my best friends as well.
